Loving the colours and the artwork! Perhaps consider using vectors or something similar to get smoother lineart?

Uhh... What? XP I just suggested using the vector tool in Photoshop (if you have it) to get cleaner looking lineart. When you're doing a big digitally coloured piece like this digital inking works a lot better than using your original pencil lines.

You mean you have photoshop elements 2.0? If you use the pen tool (if available) you can create shapes and paths that can be stroked to simulate very smooth pen/ink lines or you can fill the shapes with color. Heres a few links that explain the pen tool better:

These are only three examples of the thousands of tutorials available on deviantart. Try using the search box at the top of the page to search deviantart for more tutorials. These tutorials are mostly written for photoshop CS but the pen tool is also in older versions of photoshop and should act about the same.
